Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR/RODO).
The data collected by the Administrator is:
processed in accordance with the law,
collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
II. Scope of data collection
Personal data is essential for the provision of top-quality services and their development, and therefore every effort is made to secure it appropriately, including processing it only on the appropriate legal basis. In addition, in order to adapt and develop the website's functionality, including its structure and content, to the individual needs of Users and to maintain the safety and quality of services provided by the website, technology is used which collects and processes data stored in cookies, including the IP address (details described in the Cookie Policy).
III. Purposes and legal basis of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
registration of an account on the dropmodels.com website and verification of the User's identity related to secure login - on the basis of the User's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the website (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
to take action at the request of the User prior to the conclusion of the contract and to perform the concluded sales contract, including for the handling of payments, delivery and information on the status of the order (in the form of e-mails) and handling the complaint process - on the basis of acceptance of the regulations of dropmodels.com (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
to fulfil MSK Łukasz Misiak's legal obligations relating to accounting and taxation and for archiving purposes (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
sending marketing content via the communication channel to which the User has voluntarily consented, i.e. via electronic message to the indicated e-mail address, for the purpose of presenting commercial offers and sending personalised information on MSK Łukasz Misiak's products and services - on the basis of the administrator's legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
communication with the User and responding to messages sent via the contact form available on dropmodels.com - based on the administrator's legitimate interest of building and developing customer relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
asserting or securing claims, which is a legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
IV. Period of processing of personal data
The personal data will be processed for the period during which the person remains a registered User of dropmodels.com, and after this period for the time necessary to comply with the law or to assert or defend against possible claims.
Personal data collected for the purpose of fulfilling the subscription contract will be processed for 5 years calculated from the end of the calendar year in which the subscription was completed.
Personal data of persons who contact via the contact form available on dropmodels.com will be processed for a period of 1 year counting from the end of the calendar year in which the contact was made.
Data obtained in the course of communication with the User via e-mail will be processed until an objection to the processing is raised.

Personal data processed by MSK Łukasz Misiak may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), i.e.
to the USA for data published on social media, collected for geolocation purposes and for the adaptation and development of dropmodels.com functionalities - personal data will be transferred on the basis of standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission in accordance with the screening procedure.
Irrespective of the purpose of the processing, the provision of data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent, depending on the specific case, the conclusion of a contract, the use of selected services within the website and its functionalities or the receipt of marketing content.
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, in the processing of personal data.
VI. Rights of data subjects
Each User whose personal data is processed by dropmodels.com has the right to:
access to the content of their personal data,
rectification of data,
deletion of data,
restriction of data processing,
data portability,
object to processing taking place on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller,
the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent prior to its withdrawal.
The User of dropmodels.com also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if they consider that the processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
VII. Newsletter
These rules apply to sending Newsletter, i.e. messages containing information about the offer (including promotions) of the online shop available under the domain dropmodels.com or showrooms operated by the Administrator or its affiliates (hereinafter: "Newsletter"), by the Administrator to the electronic mail address (e-mail) and/or telephone number provided by the User.
In order to receive the Newsletter, access to the Internet and possession of an electronic mail address (e-mail) are required, while no specific technical requirements other than possession of a commonly used operating system and an Internet browser are necessary.
The User can agree to receive the Newsletter by:
sharing your electronic mail address (e-mail) directly on the dropmodels.com homepage,
indicating the relevant declaration of consent during registration of the User's account with dropmodels.com,
The User is obliged to refrain from providing content of an unlawful nature, in particular as regards the provision of third-party data without the consent of authorised persons.
Individual messages sent as part of the Newsletter dispatch constitute works within the meaning of copyright law and are subject to protection under the law. Any copying, modification and use in a manner inconsistent with the intended use or without the consent of MSK Łukasz Misiak may constitute an infringement of the law.
The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by: using the functionality in the User's profile (unchecking the box concerning the declaration of consent to send marketing content) or activating the unsubscribe link located in each of the marketing messages sent.
MSK Łukasz Misiak may suspend or terminate the sending of the Newsletter after informing the Users of this fact at the e-mail addresses provided by them.
MSK Łukasz Misiak has the right to delete an incorrect or non-existent e-mail address provided by the User.

The privacy policy is subject to change due to:
obligation to amend,
change in legislation,
change the functionality of the website, the scope of the data collected, the purpose or other factors which will affect the processing of the User's personal data.
